Xtreme

Xtreme is an hour-long instructor led High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) based class, which combines cardio and weight training. You will go between floor work and the treadmills at predetermined intervals which will cater for beginners, intermediates and advanced clients, so there’s no way you’ll get bored! Your heart rate will be elevated the entire workout and just when you think you getting tired the beats will drop you will lose yourself to the energy of our club like studio making you run faster and lift heavier weights. This isn’t just a workout its tons of fun too and you will increase your metabolism so that you continue to burn fat up to 48 hours after the class has ended.

boXer

This is an intense hour-long cardio workout which caters to all fitness levels. Half the class will be spent on the bag and the rest will be spent conditioning your body all while listening to the best tracks. It will improve your total body strength, decrease your stress, tone your muscles and burn body fat

apeX

apeX is an hour-long High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) based class. Take it to the top with this specialised workout! We set up various stations in the studio to keep things interesting. It incorporates a mix of anaerobic, plyometric and conditioning exercises using battling ropes, kettle bells, prowlers and power bags to name a few. 

A qualified fitness instructor will time each station and make sure you get the most out of your workout. And best believe our tunes will keep you going!

Our apeX classes will increase lean muscle mass and improve cardiovascular endurance, strength, speed, coordination, agility, balance and accuracy.

fleX

Yoga is a class for everyone. Each pose in this hour-long class is designed to stretch your muscles, improve muscle tone and build body strength. Our trained instructors will ensure you move from each pose at your pace.

The benefits of yoga and stretching are plentiful, including reduced injury, lengthening of muscles, better sleep, weight loss, improved cardio and circulatory health, reduced blood pressure and heightened concentration.

aXis

aXis is strengthening and stabilising through Pilates.

Try aXis and look forward to a stronger, sexier core. Having combined the most rewarding Pilates moves, this class will flatten your stomach and build strength in the muscles that provide stability and mobility for the spine, pelvis, ribs and hips.
