What is Xtreme?

Xtreme is an hour-long High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) based class. We utilise specialised imported equipment including Reebok decks, Bosus, Free Motion incline treadmills and Step 360s to increase your strength, cardio levels, and flexibility. You will go between floor work and the treadmills at predetermined intervals, so there’s no way you’ll get bored! A qualified fitness instructor will guide you through the class to ensure you’re performing all of the exercises correctly.
 

 

Why Xtreme?


One of the best ways to lose body fat, condition, and tone is to mix up your routine. The intervals in the Xtreme class will ensure just that by working at your maximum heart rate so you burn more calories. Your metabolism will increase so you will continue to burn fat up to 48 hours after the class has ended.
