What is boXer

Lose weight, tone muscles and build strength in our Boxer class. Work your upper and lower body through a combination of exercises on the bags and hand pads, cardio drills and specific boxing exercises.

This hour-long class is perfect for beginners or the very fit. During the session, you’ll raise your heart rate, burn body fat, gain speed, boost strength, and develop agility, co-ordination and balance.
